Today’s tip is taking time for yourself.
My friend Laura and I spend our Thursdays from 11:30- 2:30pm at different pools around Los Angeles. Why you ask? Well, we don’t allow any phones, computers or negative talk ever! Just us discussing life and positive things about our week or just being quiet and relaxing.
With all the activities going on in our lives, we dedicate three hours a week doing absolutely nothing! I look forward to our Thursdays. It clears my head for the rest of the week.
It’s more important than you think to take time for yourself. You get caught up in every day life and forget to slow down. If you can’t do three hours try one hour a week, then start building up to possibly even a full day all to your self.
Slow down, breath, enjoy life and most important don’t forget to take care of yourself.
