Awake and Living is a blog that delivers information about healthy choices with food, products, weight loss and living in a all around healthy lifestyle.

Monday through Friday tips are designed to help keep you stay in tuned with your body and can be used as a reminder to always take care of your self first. Work can consume, control and take over your life.  Don’t live to work, work to live!
