So for the last two weeks, I’ve experimented with the “4-hour body” system. Yes, I said system, not a diet! What’s the real definition of diet anyways? Everyone has their own determination of what a diet really means, but I don’t like to use that word at all.
Two weeks ago I weighed in at 140 pounds and today I’m at 130 at night and 128 in the morning.
How did I lose 10-12 pounds in two weeks and eating all the time? It’s simple!
breakfast re-fried beans, 5 eggs whites, 4 yolks with broccoli.
If you follow the rules I discussed in the blog last week, you can do it! Blog
- Avoid “white” carbohydrates
- Eat the same few meals over and over again.
- Don’t drink calories!!! ( a big one!) especially things with aspartame!! They say no calories but it will stimulate weight gain! Read more about that on my blog.
- Don’t eat fruit
- Take one day off per week
There are many ways to lose weight. Healthy ways and unhealthy ways. It’s easy to do and not hard to commit to.
