- Rule one: Never step into the isles! hahah yeah, I know what you are thinking, but what about my potato chips, condiments, cookies, crackers etc.? You know the answer to that!
- Rule two: Stick to the walls. It’s as simple as that. All the fresh produce, meats, fish, deli are all yours! Try making fresh condiments at home. Homemade ketchup, salsa, hot sauce and relish have never tasted so good! All you need is a list for the ingredients.
If you live in a major city take advantage of the locally grown produce and fruits in your area. Not only can you negotiate your food down, you can eat organic pesticide-free foods for cheap!
Anything that is in the isles you can make homemade in your own kitchen. Not only will it be healthier for you and your family, most important you will know where it’s coming from and it wont have any preservatives.
