I believe the best way to have apple cider vinegar is in the morning before you eat breakfast. It will help you become regular if you are constipated, bring up your mood, prevent headaches and sleep deprivation, in a nutshell basically help you not feel lethargic the whole day.
How to take it?
Take two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in 8 oz of water, or just take it down in a shot glass. Either way is beneficial and going down the same tube.
I use Braggs organic apple cider vinegar. It’s raw and unfiltered so there is plenty of “the mother of the vinegar” floating inside.
If you can’t bear the taste there is apple cider vinegar try supplements. You can purchase them in pretty much any Wholefoods or health food store.
The taste doesn’t bother me at all. I actually use apple cider vinegar on my salads, vegetables, chicken and basically anything to give my meals an extra healthy kick.
