I went to Arizona to visit one of my close friends and I noticed aloe vera plants everywhere!
I asked some Arizona natives what they believed aloe vera plants were used for. Most all of the answers I recieved were, “For sun burns”.
I was amazed that this plant wasn’t receiving the credit it rightfully deserved.
Aloe vera plants provide us with amazing anti-bodies with so many healing benefits. People are not utilizing the plant to its full potential.
Aloe vera’s benefits include:
- Boosts immune system functions
- Skin issues such as burns and other skin irritations
- Irritable bowel, crohn’s and stomach ulcers
- Healing quality to epithelia tissue that is found in the mouth, stomach and bowel.
- Stimulates the production of pepsin
- Anti-inflammatory
- Anti-viral
- Anti-biotic
- Anti-parasitic elixir
- Anti cancer properties
- Reduce Glucose levels up to 55%
I was surprised to read that the FDA in 1994 approved the use of aloe vera to treat patients with HIV. When aloe vera is taken in large quantities it helps improve immune system function and stimulates the production of white blood cells.
A client of mine had a bad case of heart burn. He started to take once ounce of aloe vera a day. Not surprisingly, his hear burn hasn’t returned.
Tomorrow find out the different ways you can consume aloe vera and how much you should take to keep your body functioning to its full capabilities. Since aloe vera is taken as a supplement, there are many products available that have additives which counter the benefits of the plant.
