You can always tell if someone has a lack of electrolytes in their body. How can you tell if you are lacking in this department? Use this list:
- Fatigue, can’t complete a task? Trouble getting out of bed? Problem with running the simplest errands?
- Muscle problems such as spasms, weakness, uncontrolled muscle twitching and muscle cramps. (It also can be because of lack of nutrients to the neurotransmitters to the brain as well.)
- Heart problems can occur without a right amount of nutrients and fluids to pump blood throughout your body. Have an irregular heart beat? Circulation problems? Blood pressure slowing down quickly?
- Bone disorder, tooth deterioration and hair thinning are all signs. Do you get dizzy and is the room spinning? Either you drank way too much or you are just simply really low on electrolytes. Confusion or losing your balance can all be signs.
