This is my staple breakfast. It’s really easy to make, healthy and tastes delicious!
I sometimes mix up the vegetables with onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, asparagus or anything else I can saute quickly.
Lunch, I either go with a hamburger patty mixed with onion, garlic and mushroom:
Or I go with a delicious salad from Fresh Corn Grill on Westwood Blvd:

I love to eat all this amazing food. It tastes delicious and you can eat untill you are stuffed! If you can hold out for 6 days eating this way then you can eat EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you want on day 7!
1 day a week you can eat anything and everything you want? How can this be a bad trade? Guilt free eating is my new pleasure in life!

When I say you can eat everything and anything you want on your cheat day, I mean it! That picture above is chocolate chip, pecan, banana, blueberry pancakes with biscuits and gravy, bacon and a glass of orange juice.
Uhhh yeah, if you think Marcus looks full you should have seen my face. Unbelievable! We planed on going to get donuts after but it was physically impossible to fit anything else in my stomach. OUUCH!
