Timing is everything, especially with your multivitamins!
If your multivitamin has Iron, make sure not to take your calcium pills while taking your multivitamin. The reason why is iron and calcium bind to each other and prevents your body from absorbing either one.
Same goes with your fiber supplements, take multivitamins at a separate time.
Here’s another good fact. You digest foods and multivitamin supplements better with a fat soluble.
Primarily fat soluble are vitamins A D E & K. That’s why it’s important to take your supplements with meals so you can absorb all the properties from the multivitamins.
Spread out your pills throughout the day.
Fiber is a tricky one. Women should take 20-25 grams of fiber per day and men should have 30-35 grams. Ill get into fiber more next week but take your fiber powder or pill right when you wake in the morning with a fat soluble. Wait for an hour for breakfast and proceed with the multivitamins.
Take your other fiber supplement a couple hours before dinner with a light snack or post workout shake.
So, Fiber when you wake up, multivitamin supplement in the morning with breakfast, your calcium in the afternoon with lunch, more fiber with a light snack or post work out shake and your other pills in the evening with dinner. xxx <3 A&L
