Break all your routines! Awake and Living, Healthy Living

What’s your daily routine? You wake up in the morning, brush your teeth, jump in the shower, get dressed, have your morning coffee with breakfast and drive to work.

Some people are so comfortable with their everyday routine that they will freak out if anything breaks it up

Why do I say break your routine? When people have routines the chances are they don’t want to move forward. They are stagnant in their lives, comfortable and don’t see a reason for growth.

When you break your routine, it will allow you to see your life with a fresh set of eyes. You will break old habits and hopefully replace them with good ones.

Answer these questions:

  • What routine or behavior would you like to change?
  • Why do you want to change it?
  • How are you going to change it?
  • How do you feel now after you changed your routine?
