Day 1 using the NAD IV brain restoration therapy. Anti-aging, Anxiety, Rehab and Brain Restoration.

Day 1 of NAD IV brain restoration therapy.

I was curious to experience the NAD brain restoration therapy IV’s. After watching a ton of positive testimonials I wanted to experience the results for myself.

I walked into a small clinic in San Diego to a room with 5 lounge chairs and a nurse station to administer the catheter in patients vein. After I did the initial paperwork and sat with the main doctor of the clinic to see if I qualify to do the procedure. Next it was time to administer the catheter.

I’m pretty good with shots and needles, so I wasn’t that nervous to start. Unfortunately the nurse that tried to insert the catheter failed two times. The first time no blood came through and the second try he hit a nerve which radiated up to my shoulder and caused my arm to hurt every time I lift it for the next couple hour, but who’s counting.

Three times a charm! The main doctor of the clinic decided to do it himself since the nurse wasn’t having any luck after he stabbed me in the arm too many times.

Nurse station
The nurse brought out an IV pack with 500 ml of saline and 500 mg of NAD. They started me at 1 drip every 4 seconds. They don’t recommend more than one drip per 2 seconds. While on the IV they administered another 250 mg of NAD for a total of 750 mg.

Drip4sec

Even though I was set at 4 drips per second I felt the NAD almost immediately after administering it. For some reason just laughed for 10 minutes straight about nothing at all. At least I was able to entertain the nurses for awhile.

I soon felt a strong feeling squeeze over my chest. Almost like my chest was tightening up or like someone sitting on me. I just took a couple deep breaths then it passed. When that happens the nurse usually slow down the drip or I just pinch the IV cord to stop it the IV.

I was exhausted! I didn’t get much sleep the night before because I took a train to San Diego at 6AM from Los Angeles. I probably got 45 minutes of total sleep, but I pretty much slept through day one of the treatment.

I didn’t have much energy to do any work on my computer on day one. I didn’t feel motivated to do much. I was just in a calm state.

I plugged in around 1130AM and finished up around 830PM. I ended up speeding up my IV drip to about 1 drip every 3 seconds. It took all day to get through 1 bag of 500ml of saline.

When I finished, I just felt tired. I just wanted to get into bed. I didn’t feel any clarity, any more focused or any different other than exhaustion.

When disconnected from the empty IV the nurse wrapped my arm in a pink bandage so the catheter in my arm to be used again tomorrow.

I was asked to come in tomorrow 8AM sharp to get plugged back in.
