There are two heart break processes. The first process that is going to be discussed by Dr. James Burnett will be when someone breaks your heart and the second process is losing someone without getting to say goodbye.
“Having persistent sorrow in your heart is because of not letting go of a past relationship where you ended up with a broken heart or retained anger. This is usually about someone that was once close to you, but was followed by an unhappy breakup and you still feel sad or wronged.
This process will get rid of the sorrow, the negativity, and the unhappiness.
It is important to do this if you are continuing to experience anger or sorrow because you cannot get the incident out of your thoughts, thus retaining this negativity in your mind. This can lead to physical illnesses and even block your soul from progressing on your spiritual life-path.
The problem is that you still have a psychic connection to this person that needs to be severed. Time will not diminish the situation if the psychic connection still exists.
The solution to breaking this unwanted psychic connection and releasing the sorrow and anger is to unconditionally forgive that person. Having forgiven them, you can then forget them. The sorrow and anger will fade away. The negative energy will be gone.
Tomorrow I will cover how to do this Broken Heart Process.” James Burnett Ph.D., P.E.
