When ever I want something sweet I have an iced tea. I just add the vanilla cream stevia and walla!
If it’s close to your bed time and you don’t want to pump your body with caffeine, just get some decaffeinated tea and prepare it ahead of time, stick it in your refrigerator and drink up.
If you are having a salad and want a sweet kick to it, add the stevia! Add it to everything!

Also something very important to keep in mind, if you eat a meal and you are still hungry, you are more than likely dehydrated.
Drinking plenty of water helps lower your cravings for sweets! Also more than half the time when you think you are hungry, your body is actual craving water!
