This is how you sprout most seeds.

  •  Put the seeds in a bowl.
  • Double the amount of water to seeds
  • Let seeds soak for 8-12 hours
  • WALLAH!!! You have sprouted seeds!

It’s seriously as simple as that. If your seeds are not sprouting, most likely it means you’ve purchased pasteurized seeds. BLOG

When you soak flax seeds you’ll see a gel coating form over them. It’s almost impossible to drain or to take the gel coat off the flax seeds. So make sure you have an equal amount of water to flax seeds.

Test one tablespoon of flax seeds to 2 tablespoons of water just so you can see the effects of the sprouting. The seeds should soak up all the water and sprout.

Add the seeds to smoothies, pre workout, after workout shakes or cereal. Load up with sprouts and you will see the difference in your body, health and well being. xxx <3 A&L
