Lemon Garlic Salmon recipe
Lemon Garlic Salmon ingredients list:
- 2 tablespoons of butter.
- 2 teaspoons of organic garlic, minced.
- 1 teaspoons of lemon pepper.
- 1 teaspoon of rosemary
- 2 six-ounce wild salmon fillets.
Lemon juice.
Instructions for Lemon Garlic Salmon:
Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Stir in the 2 teaspoons of organic minced garlic.
Season the fillets of salmon on both sides with the lemon pepper and rosemary.
Place the fillets in a pan, cook until it flakes. Test the salmon with a fork. Make sure to flip the salmon fillets midway through cooking to brown on each side.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Green beans or asparagus make a wonderful side dish and adds an eye pleasing dish presentation.
