  • Test time: Improve memory; Celery, Carrot, Prunes, Rice Polishing
  • Date night: Nervous tension; Celery, Carrot, Prunes, Lettuce, Tomato’s
  • Spandex: Overweight; Beet greens, Parsley, Celery
  • On the cheek: Sore Throat; Watercress, Apple, 1/4 tsp pure cream of tartar
  • You are what you eat: Stomach infection; Carrot, Blackberry
  • What’s up doc? Teeth; Beet greens. Parsley, Celery, Green Kale
  • Under active or over? Thyroid; Clam juice, Celery
  • Ouuchh: Stomach Ulcers; Celery, Spinach, grapefruit
  • Light as a feather: Weight Reducing; Parsley, Grapes, Pineapple

Feel experimental? I sometimes add garlic to these recipes. It gives it a great kick and helps with many functions in your body. Feel free to add any extra ingredients to your liking.
