One of my favorites is the I know your in there. Not because I have constipation problems but it’s just soooooo delicious!!!
- Forest Gump: Asthma; Celery, Papaya, Endive, Carrot
- Mommy wow: Bed-wetting; Celery, Endive, Carrot
- Dipper it up: Bladder ailment; Celery, Pomegranate
- Italian cuisine: High blood pressure; Parsley, Capsicum, Garlic
- I want to suck your blood: Blood purifier; Blackberry, Black cherry, Parsley, Dandelion, Tomato
- Why me!?:Common cold; Watercress, Apple with 1/4 tsp pure cream of tartar
- Doctors orders: Cholesterol reduction; Carrot, Apple, Ginger, Orange, Strawberry, Spinach
- Solid movement: Colitis; Coconut milk, Carrot
- Looking good: Complexion (yellow); Grapefruit
- I know your in there: Constipation; Celery, Spinach, grapefruit
Please keep in mind, if you are juicing merely to lose weight, try to stay away from the fruit recipes late at night. Try to juice all your fruit recipes in the morning or not after 2pm to be safe.
