For the next couple days I will be posting my juice recipes for you to experiment with. These are a few of my regimens I have used for myself and clients.

My recipes do not help treat or prevent and diseases and have not been tested or proven to work on any related titles I have given them. Certain studies have shown that some of these ingredient may help with the function of the juice names I’ve assigned.

  • Get my body back:Tired body, jet-lag, hangover; Apple, Orange, Carrot, Beetroot
  • Ready for Relaxation: Relaxation Apple, Pineapple, Mint, Lime
  • Save me: Reducing stress; Tomato, Carrot, Coriander, Broccoli, Celery
  • Smell you later: Improving digestion; Apple, Beetroot, Ginger, Carrot
  • The flu shot: Improving immune system; Apple, Carrot, Lemon, Ginger, Garlic
  • Starting over: Detoxing body; Apple, Grapefruit, Watermelon, Ginger
  • Night out in town: Cleansing liver; Pineapple, Carrot, Beetroot, Lime
  • Zit be gone: Skin Tonic; Carrot, Capsicum, Spinach
  • The vampire: Anemia; Blackberry, Parsley, Grape
  • Young again: Arthritis; Celery, Parsley

I love starting my day with a Smell you later, then to kick it up a notch at lunch I’ll drink The flu shot, which is a great energy boost with the garlic and ginger.
