What do you cook with? The oil you currently use may be the reason why you can’t shred those couple extra pounds.
My secret is organic coconut oil, extra-virgin unrefined! This is very important… DO NOT PURCHASE JUST ANY COCONUT OIL! Some coconut oil have been stripped of all it’s natural properties. So don’t go cheap on this one! Spend the extra dollar to get the good stuff and read the labels.
Above <= is the coconut oil we use in our home.
Saturated fats are least reactive to heat which makes it more stable to cook with and coconut oil has about 14 grams of it!
