A small transition from two meals a day to one isn’t as bad as it seems. The shakes fill you up pretty well so you aren’t particularly hungry, you are just craving the tastes of different foods especially when you smell something yummy.
My one meal a day is lunch time. So I’m trying to arrange lunches with my friends instead of dinners to keep me on track. I’m discovering such amazing restaurants all around Los Angeles I may just have to do a weeks worth of restaurant reviews.
That’s me downing a Arise and Shine shake at 630AM.
I’m right on track, taking everything when I’m supposed to and literally walking around with a cooler everywhere I go waiting for my alarm to go off to take a pill or shake.
I weighed in on day 11 at 147 pounds and I’m now I’m at 140 after another 10 days.
I have had amazing amounts of energy throughout the day and have been making sure I have fresh juice prepared every morning to keep my energy lined up perfectly.
I have been adding in a protein powder that has 10g of protein, 6 grams of fiber and 100% plant based ingredients. It’s Raw, Gluten free, vegan and no sugar added. Yes, it’s organic of course. Ill write about the protein powder I’ve been using another week, but this is powder has been a great help in delivering a proper amount of protein to my body.
Next phase is the master phase and I’m most likely going to keep the protein out of the juice. No more meals, juice and water only. I’m almost done! Keeping my fingers crossed for a successful cleanse. I know I can do it! Can you?
