Phase two for 10 days on the 28 day Arise and Shine Cleanse. 28 Day Arise and Shine Cleanse, Health Tips, Cleansing, Healthy Living & Weight loss

The first 10 days was actually very easy for me. I’ve done cleanses before and this is by far the most complicated but since I have a set system in place it makes the cleanse very easy to follow.

I started off weighing at 150 pounds and fluctuated between 145 to 148.

I ate clean, all organic and mostly raw foods. With the exception of vegetable soups.

A couple things I’ve learned during the first 10 days:

  • When you drink the shake make sure to chug it right away. It gets thick fast and the thicker it is, the harder it is to drink. Also drink another 10 oz of water after the shake. It helps distribute it better in your body.
  • Get colonics. It will help flush your body much faster. Sometimes you can go all day without going number two.

My food consisted of this:

For lunch I had:

  • Kale
  • fresh opened coconut water
  • Coconut chunks
  • Spinach
  • Spirllina
  • Chia Seeds
  • One date
  • Frozen banana
  • ice

green smoothie

Dinner was a basic green salad:

  • Spinach
  • coconut chunks
  • Green beans
  • Tomato
  • Red bell pepper
  • Apple cider vinegar (Raw)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Purple onion
  • Mushrooms

The next phase I go to only one meal a day. So far so good. I hope for another strong 10 days.
