Halloween is almost here and it’s time to carve those pumpkins and make something delicious with the stuff you usually throw away.

Today is a yummy recipe by Leslie Sarna! It’s her harvest pumpkin chip muffins which are gluten-free!

Also try to roast your pumpkin seeds!

All you have to do is:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  • Wash the seeds well, pat them dry and let them sit for about 10 minutes
  • Make your seed seasoning spread with 3 tablespoons of butter, seasoning of your choice, salt optional and place a aluminum foil over a cookie sheet
  • Spread butter/spice mixture evenly over seeds which should be laid out evenly over the sheet.
  • Place in oven for 20-30 minutes until they brown

And there you have it! Now you can utilize your whole pumpkin without anything going to waste.
