Hey, I want to do a fat cell cleanse, but I can’t seem to find out where I can get it. Also, I’ve heard that it is done while sitting in a sauna each day for several days. Can you fill me in on what to do from my point, which is, not knowing how or where to get this cleanse?
thanks

Hi Andrew,
It’s funny that you asked this question. My friend and I have been on a search for a fat cell cleanse for a while now. We couldn’t find anything!
So what I suggest is this: Buy the book the “4 hour body” by Timothy Ferriss. Amazing book! He goes in to the process in shrinking your fat cells. I push the word shrinking since I have been constantly reading that you can never rid the body of ‘fat cells’ they merely shrink so their not as prominent.
You need to avoid and cut out all foods that contain:
- Fructose
- High-fructose corn syrup
- Table sugar (sucrose)
- Confectioner’s sugar or powdered sugar
- Fruit and fruit juices
- Honey
- Regular sodas
- Flavored water
- Sorbitol
- Sports drinks
- Sweetened milk or sweetened milk beverages
Also stay away from any breads an empty carbohydrates.
These are good carbs:
- Whole Vegetables
- Brazilian Nuts
- Seeds
- Beans
- Legumes
These will sustain your energy and give you fuel for your day!
The sauna that you are referring to is the Infrared Sauna. (link attached for more information) I personally believe in these saunas and feel the results.
Stick to the five rules in the “4 hour body” and you will shrink down those fat cells in no time!
The rules are:
- Avoid “white” carbohydrates
- Eat the same few meals over and over again.
- Don’t drink calories!!! (big one!) especially things with aspartame!! They say no calories but it will stimulate weight gain! Read more about that on my blog.
- Don’t eat fruit
- Take one day off per week
Today is my off day, (fridays) Ive already ate bacon, bannana chocolate blueberry pancakes, orange juice and Im off to a lunch with my girlfriends!
So to get you started on this diet try eating just these items to get a routine going on your ‘fat cell cleanse’.
Proteins
- Egg whites with 1–2 whole eggs for flavor (or, if organic, 2–5 whole eggs, including yolks)
- Chicken breast or thigh
- Black beans
- Beef (preferably grass-fed)
- Pork
- Fish
Legumes
- Lentils (also called “dal” or “daal”)
- Pinto beans
- Red beans
- Soybeans
Vegetables
- Spinach
- Mixed vegetables (including broccoli, cauliflower, or any other cruciferous vegetables)
- Sauerkraut, kimchee
- Asparagus
- Peas
- Broccoli
- Green beans
Eat as much as you like of the above food items, but keep it simple. Pick three or four meals and repeat them.
Thanks for waiting for a response and hope this was helpful,
