If you are sleep deprived and commute long distances for your job, if you ever feel like you are about to fall asleep behind the wheel, pull over and take a nap. Set your alarm on your phone for 15-30 minutes then get back on the road safely to your family, friends or loved ones. Being sleepy is the same as driving drunk. Don’t endanger your self or others on the road.
