Adding on to yesterday’s post about dangers of too much sodium, when someone attempts to do the master cleanse you are requested to do a salt water flush.
Some people may have a bad reaction to salt water flushes. Such as they will become very sick, their kidneys will ache and may have a ringing in the ears. Not only that they could be bedridden for a couple of days.
This can happen if the kidneys have to filter too much sodium out of the blood. So too much sodium at one time could in fact be dangerous.
If you have any of the conditions listed below and at some point want to do a salt water flush, please consult with your doctor first. I’m not a doctor but I personally don’t recommend to ever do a salt water flush with these conditions!:
- People with one kidney
- kidney disease
- On dialysis
- High blood pressure
- Heart problems

My tip of the day applies to salt water flushes. If you do attempt a salt water flush, my tip is to stay near a bathroom within 30-70 minutes after taking the salt water down. Sometimes it will only take 45 minutes to go through your system. Depending on how blocked up you are. If your not in the vicinity of a bathroom , pray that no one is around! It’s a Niagara falls gone wrong and there’s no stopping it!
Happy Friday! xxx
