Here are some quick recipes that shouldn’t take more than 5-10 minutes to make. These fast recipes will satisfy your sweet tooth and give you remarkable energy.
Dates and eggs:
In the morning I love to put dates in my eggs.
One way to add a little sweetness to your morning is to throw dates into a saute pan with your eggs. I love my eggs over easy or sunny side up.
Then throw the eggs and dates on top of bread (I prefer gluten free bread) and make yourself an egg sandwich. Or have some fun with your bread and soak it in some whipped eggs, honey and cinnamon for some homemade french toast.
Morning smoothies:
First thing I make in the morning is a smoothie. I add:
- 1 frozen banana
- Frozen mangos
- Frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop of my vegetable powder
- 2 table spoons of chia seeds
- 2 dates
Dates and walnuts:
For a great snack try dates and walnuts.
You can even stuff them with goat cheese and throw a couple of walnuts.
