Water for your health: Health

Every day drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces. Water helps with a process called hydrolysis, helps form cell membrane structures and helps maintain your body’s temperature. Especially great for people with joint problems since the proper amount of water will help keep your joints well lubricated.

Example, if you are 150 pounds you should be drinking 75 ounces of water daily. Please don’t consume more than 16 oz in an hours period. 4 ounces over 15 minutes is perfect! Your body needs to break down the molecular structure of water just like it needs to break it down for food.

If you are someone who chugs water down, think twice before doing this again. Your body won’t be able to handle the overload of water intake and it will go directly to your bladder.

Do you urinate a lot?  you probably drink too much water too fast.

A good way to help your body digest water better would be to go to your local health food store or wholefoods for alkalinity drops to put in your water. This makes the molecular structure of the water much smaller so it’s easier on your body to absorb. xxx <3 A&L
