Today’s tip of the day is about monitoring your thoughts. Stop thinking about what you do not want in your life and start thinking about what you do want.

It’s ok to know what you don’t want, but focusing on it constantly will only bring you that.

Once you figure out what you don’t want make a list of things you do want. Focus purely on that. Look at that list as much as you can and really feel that you can have what’s on that list.

If you were having a bad day, watch it turn around to positive and positive things will start to come your way. It’s the law of attraction. You attract what you vibrate the most. Is it positivity? Or negativity? It’s completely up to you.
